never again...

smelly room... messed up reservation.... very very noisy... not eager to help out with problems... breakfast was terrible (slimy eggs, fridge cold biscuits, broken wafflemaker)... uncomfortable beds.... and more. over all terrible stay, will NOT be back and definately dont recommend it to others.

Our first night, we were upgraded to the "Honeymoon Suite". The room was clean, smokefree, and quiet. We returned the following week and were given a "non-smoking King" room on the "executive floor". We Will Not Be Back

We arrived at the BW Cottontree Inn and when we went to our reserved double bed room we discovered that the room had one double bed which would not be comfortable for my 85 yr. old mother and myself. Great place to stay

This hotel is a pleasant place to stay. The rooms are great- large and very clean. The staff is ready to take care of anything you want. My kids loved to pool. I think we used a TON of towels and nobody said a thing. The breakfast is really good with a large selection and a waffle maker. The biscuits and gravy was tasty. This is a great place to totally recharge your batteries. Don't hesitate to book it!
