What I like about this property is that they provide exellent service and they are very friendly and I would go over and over and over. It is the surprising property It might not look so astounding on the outside but wait until you get on the inside.

The Coconut was better than we expected. The staff, especially Mark and Will, were excellent. The hotel is 4 blocks from the beach - so it was easy to get around the traffic. They only offer valet parking, so we never walked far from our rental car to the hotel - and the fee is very reasonable. The room was clean with it's own lanai ...

The hotel is fairly well-placed and relatively clean. But the staff can be very rude as they seem to have a steady stream of "old friends" staying at the hotel. If this is the first time you are going there expect to be given the noisiest rooms (even when you book on-line and specifically request a quiet room -rather than one with a view) and poor service.
