The hotel grounds were in excelent shape. It is in a great location with the beach steps away, pool and shopping in the hotel. Plenty of activities nearby and travel businesses are right there to help locate anything you're interested in doing.

Excellent experience. Seamless, and notable service. Great location. The valets lost our rental car keys...no biggy...they paid for a taxi to take us where we wanted to go and two managers brought our car to us after they paid $200 for a replacement key. You cannot beat the location for this fantastic hotel. The staff are all so wonderful, great restaurants, upscale but yet very relaxed and comfortable. I know there are hotels on the island that may be more "ritzy", but this Sheraton is our definitely our home when we go to Waikiki!

The thing about this hotel is that it is located near all of the great fancy and classic hotels, so you get envious when you walk into town through the Royal or walk down the beach. If the hotel was not located near these high quality hotels, it may have seemed much better. Otherwise the restaurante is great for breakfast and the beach access is really easy.

I loved everything about staying here. The service and staff were exceptional. The pool was great and the view from our room was great.

If for no other reason, this hotel has one of the greatest views I have ever seen. On the balcony (better from higher floors) you can see a panaramic view of the ocean. Although the beach is skimpy along the hotel(meaning not much sand area along the hotels border) the ocean is not missing at all! we sat on the balcony and watched sea turtles ...

My sister, brother-in-law, nephew, husband and I stayed here in June of 2005. We had adjoining ocean view rooms that were great. Could sit on the lanai and watch surfers and also nightly entertainment. Our rooms were very nice. Location is great. Close to shopping and right on beach. Service was very good and staff friendly. If I ever get to go back would stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends.
