The hotel was fine until i ran into the security staff. If you want the definition of unprofessional go see the security staff at this hotel.

For the price, this property is a great value. Rooms have comfortable beds, flat screen TV's and mini fridges in the rooms. I have been to Honolulu several times and I always stay at the Princess Kaiulani because the friendliness and efficiency of the staff is above and beyond other hotels as well as good food, great entertainment, nice rooms, beautiful view from our balcony, convenient to shopping and across the street from Waikiki beach. I can't ask for more and highly recommend enjoying your stay here.

After 5 nights at Sheraton Waikiki I thought that Princess Kaiulani would be a disappointment but I was surprised to see that they had BIGGER room & bathroom.
