My family has been going to Maui every year for over ten years. We always stay at the Mahana. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the view from your balcony is breathtaking, especially when the whales are present! The pool is great and although you are close enough to everything in Maui, you aren`t staying at an over-crowded tourist trap hotel. I can`t recommend it enough!!!

My husband and I stayed at the Mahana for our honeymoon in September of 2002. We loved the ocean view rooms. We spent every night enjoying the most amazing sunsets. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly. This is an excellent place to stay if you are looking to save a little dough on food. We bought groceries at the store one block away and stayed in for breakfast and lunch most days, which was a huge help to our budget.
