soooooooooo beautiful. the pool is excellent with waterfalls and grotto. you can hear the waterfall at night. this is probably the most relaxing and memorable hotel stay ever and I've been to many many places

We paid for an ocean view,but got a garden view, and had to call the desk back twice to get them to change it. The meals where not anymore expensive than going out to lunch or dinner in Los Angeles. If you plan on staying on the resort the whole time you are there,then it may be worth the 15.00 resort fee.

As a frequent visitor to Maui, by far and bar none, this place is truly a paradise retreat. The spa alone is worth the stay. The pools are the best and plenty of beautiful beach & don't forget the incredible views of the humpback whales seen from Nov. thru May. This place is the shining star amoung Kaanapali resorts. The others may share a beach but the Hyatt is the kahuna of Kaanapali hotels.

Did not like - location - other beaches are much better. Need to pay for internet connection. Partial ocean view is a hardly any view of ocean - you have to really make effort to see the ocean.
