I called to get info about the services provided and the lady I talked to in customer service at the front desk was very rude and told me to look online for all the info I needed.

From the minute we drove into the lobby checkin counter to the day we were leaving the service, people and staff were amazing. A great value for all military, retired and goverment employees. Wish I could visit every year.

Loved the location and the value. My wife and I went for our anniversary and loved the whole expereince.
Other than the lack of a coffee pot in the room (we bought one at the PX in the basement and hid it in the room each day), we had a wonderful experience.

Parked next to five star hotels with five star prices, the Hale Koa has the best beach of ALL Wikiki

I am taking my family on leave to Hawaii. I called over to this hotel to find out the rates and the first person I spoke actually asked me why I was bothering her with this question. I was transfered to about 4 other people and finally some lady answered the phone and said "Listen I dont know what you want but we can not help you" Wow! amazing, for people who are supposto be acting like a business I dont think they deserve ours.

Best bang for the buck for this military guy. Where else can you go to Waikiki and stay right on the beach for $59. Probably the right price. The others charge way too much.
