This hotel is fabulous. The personnel and services were perfect. You can't ask for a more perfect stay. Everything was perfect. I look forward to staying here again. Definitely a 5 star hotel, treatment and service. Thank you for making my holiday at the Hale Koa Hotel memorable.

it wasn't that great. don't come to this hotel if you are expecting fancy schmancy things. the pools are filthy, too.

This was our first visit and we plan to return next year. Excellent service from all the staff and the grounds are beautiful. Full service facility with BX, exercise room, etc. watching the sunset from the Barefoot bar was a site to see. Rooms were very nicely done and for the price of a ocean view room a real bargain.....Food prices were alot cheaper than other hotels along the beach....

Staff was great in lobby and people friendly.
The rooms were clean. The way the t.v. was set up you could only watch it in bed. The balcony was never cleaned while we stayed there for 2 weeks. Hallway window had kids fingerprints on it and it was still there after 2 weeks. Hot tub was broken for 3 days.

The service and the staff were all very nice and helpful. The Resort was absolutely beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend on my Honeymoon. And the ladies in the beauty shop were so helpful in getting me ready for my big day. We will definately come back again one day. Mahalo

First time visiting the Islands and this was a crown jewel in the trip. Beautiful room with an ocean view, accomodations and staff were outstanding, our stay really added a lot to the first time trip experience. One of the very best benefits that a military...active or retired...person can cash in on. I would stay there again without hesitation.

It's impossible to get a room through the internet and I suggest you call (or keep calling if busy or booked). I agree that the 1-800 number is not too accommodating but at the hotel it's totally different. The Front Desk staff were all great from check-in to check-out. Everything was as perfect as could be, from the weather, location, view, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff. Everything you could need is there, and the prices were very fair.
