By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at.....Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Atlanta area.

The airlines cancelled some flights. The person on the phone told me that my wife could call me and get a room reserved with my credit card. When she called me back they would not take my credit card without faxing a copy. This is redicilous. They kicked her out of the hotel. This was the most reasonably priced hotel that we stayed at during our Spring Break trip. We just needed somewhere close to the airport to stay before our flight the next morning. We thought that the room was very nicely sized and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio outside of the hotel bar. The only downside would be our check in experience. There was only one person working the front desk and it took forever to get our room key.

Plane delayed and daughter transferred to another. At 11:30 pm 6/21/2005 Erin told me plenty of rooms available and I was not to worry about daughter getting one when her plane arrived at 12:30 a.m. so I need not reserve one since I did not know if she made her plane in Detroit.

I stayed at this hotel and got a great deal through Priceline. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was warm and inviting and very clean. The bed was so comfertable, I did not want to get up. Thank you Crown Plaza for making my stay wonderful.

Good place to wait for the next days' flight. Literally five minutes from the airport and the shuttle brings you close-in to the terminal.Easy walking to several eating establishments,both fast food and sit down restaurants. The staff made it worry free and are very courteous. The hotel is clean and the houskeepers very responsive. I recommend this one.

Liked: Good on-line prices and matching for second stay.

Disliked: Front desk needs to follow-up on communications with housekeeping, and directions, when promised!
