The staff was very friendly and billingual. We were impressed with the double pool and tiki bar that was open until midnight. When we got in the room however the bathroom was not impressive at all. It had mold in the bathtub and all the handles needed to be replaced or seriously cleaned with some C.L.R. The beds were extremely uncomfortable with ...

roach motel

This was by far the worst hotel I've stayed at in 15 years. First of all the customer service was horrible. The tv didn't work in the room. The room was dingy and dirty. Carpets were filthy. I saw roaches crawling on the floors and up the walls.

Horrible place that the IBS shouldn't even list.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/10/07
Stained bedspreads, paper thin sheets. Unbelieveably gross room deodorizer smells, no deadbolts on door, no iron. And way overpriced during the International Builders Show. You would be better sleeping in your car.
This hotel was good in all aspects. A nice place to enjoy. Good service was given by the hotel staff, would like to visit this place again along with my family and friends.

Wynfield Inn is a disgrace to Virgin Holidays - Do Not Stay Here !
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/24/06
This was our 3rd Holiday to USA with Virgin in under 2 years. On arrival at the Wynfield Inn (Formerly Travel Lodge at Seaworld formerly Village Premier ?) we were ignored in Reception. The 2 Receptionists didn't have a clue. We were allocated a room which in all honesty you wouldn't let an animal sleep in - the bed linen was disgusting, ...

The rooms were very tired and the carpets were stained in places. We had five hangers on a rail for our wardrobe, however there was plwnty of drawer space for tow, any more and it would be cramped. The air conditioning units were also very old looking and noisy, although they did work!
The breakfast consisted of dry croissants and danish ...
