Was in Miami for a business trip and chose this hotel for its convenient location. Rooms were clean and comfortable; convenient bar and restaurant on premises. Large swimming pool and relaxing poolside garden was great after a day of meetings. Free transportation, would definitely stay there again.

Location-slightly above slum area

Food-Restaurant on premises was closed when we arrived. However, we were invited to get something to eat in the bar, which I would have rather starved than eaten in the smokey, pool hall bar.

Service- 2nd floor room, no elevator

We reserved rooms at this hotel for two different nights, before and after a trip to South America. Rooms were prepaid in advance through yahoo travel.
The first night, staff was extremely grumpy and every single piece of equipment in the exercise room was broken. Otherwise, the stay was uneventful.

This is a great hotel for one night with free shuttle service to and from the airport or the port if you are cruising. It was not fancy, but clean enough and very convenient.

The BEST thing about this hotel was the short drive from the airport to its grounds and also the personnel in the front desk service was very accommodating, THAT was it.
All we needed for our four day stay in the Miami area was; a bed to rest our bodies in. That we got, NO PROBLEM in here.

Nice hotel, clean, close to the airport with a wireless network. Great value for your money. You have the option to go for a nice breakfast next door at one International House of Pancakes.

I liked that if you are unhappy with something management will work with you. I also like that the maid comes early afternoon to clean the room it kinda gets you up and out to enjoy florida. I dislike the size of some of the rooms they were truly small. So I changed rooms twice until I was happy so thats good and you also have a choice to be either out side or inside. Not a bad hotel but you need to talk up if you are not satisfied.
