These are truly the most beautiful beaches in Florida. The hotel rooms are large, pace slow and people friendly. It's definitely in a small town area but is still close to wonderful outlet malls and restaurants with excellent seafood.

Because of private parties, the entire beach is denied to guests. If I want to do anything, I'll have to call a taxi and go somewhere else. Hotel really showing its age. Rooms are clean but in addition to expense of room everything else is outrageous--from the parking to the restaurant to the cafe. Not convenient to much of Destin and their beach is more crowded than you would expect. Go there often for business but have never had a great experience.

The Hilton Sandestin was the perfect choice for a great beach resort in Destin. The hotel was clean, the pools were clean, the sand was white and water aqua clear. Good deal at the deli - buy a bottle and get free refills on drinks during stay. Beach bar was pricey though.
