This place was horrible!!! we got robbed by vallet guys and they even lost our keys!!!! They took my laptop,camera,GPS,DVD's. I called to speak with a manager only to get screamed at and she hung up on me!!!!! telling me to sue her!!! This place is a dump and I should have stayed in ramada and would have gotten better service! oh yeah,breakfast is $18 for some nasty eggs and bagels. Save your money!!!! RUN!!!

I have to agree with the previous poster, you will leave feeling you have been ripped off. 10U$ a day resort charges,20 dollars a day parking valet, old beds, but wonderful barber (Jessie) on the lower floor, very nice lobby excellent location.

bad bad bad, I work for a Hotel and this is the first time, I felt like I was ripped off, they charge for a early check in, and worst into a rundown rooms, they should sell the rooms as it still looks like when the Beatles vistied, its better then saying it is elegant, beds are the same ones they had in the 50's, and then charge again for late check out, you are just going to feel ripped off staying in this Hotel, bad free WiFi
