I will not recomend anyone to go to the resort, on my 4 days vacation they run out of clean towls, at our arrival the room was discusting and falling apart. it smell like cigarretts and it was SUPPOSED TO BE A NON - SMOKING!!! . i had to have my room change the same night. the food is extremely expensive, you pay for services you don' t ask ...

I hated this hotel... It ruined my whole vacation. It was dirty, old, and WAY overpriced. This was the worst hotel I have stayed in and at the highest price. They offer absolutely no customer service. I wanted to go home the minute I arrived. Disgusting. The website looks NOTHING like the hotel. Do not be fooled.

Their photos are misleading. Customer Service needs to improve. My keys didnt worked 5 times and all I got from the staff is I'm sorry about this. Even after our door lock was changed, our keys sill malfunctioned.
