The staff was courteous. But, check-in took longer than expected due to new trainee. Room wasn't quite as clean as I expected. Looked as though someone had used toilet and washed hands after room was cleaned?? One elevator was broke and had room on 7th floor, sometimes had to wait way too long for one working elevator. Pool area was very nice and the food in restaurant very tasty. Shuttle service was very good.
