this place was the worst hotel i have EVER been to. the rooms are tiny and uncomfortable. it was dirty, the pool was tiny and the complimentary breakfast was fruit loops and muffins! worst hotel ever DONT GO THERE!

The web site is sooo wrong. My parents checked in and within 12 hours were checked out. Staff were rude and the rooms were the worst I've ever seen in any hotel. How sad, familys save all year to come to Disney and have to stay in a place like this; it is so bad that the Board of Health should close it down.

Don't waste your time or money. This place makes the backseat of the rental car look more attractive. If I could go lowet than a one on the rating I would. This place doesn't even rate a 1.

Don't be deceived by the websites pictures,etc. The lobby looks decent. The rooms are a totally different story! On uur first night, one of the rooms toilet flooded the enire room - into the outside hall. There were stains on the sheets. It was gross. It was comparable to a hotel I stayed at 15 years ago in Romania(the country).

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel last year. This year was a different story. The desk staff wasn't rude, but they had no personality and didn't have the courtesy to say "thank you". The toilet in the room didn't flush on the first try. I will be staying at different hotel next year!!!
