We stayed in room 601 and it was beautifully decorated and clean. The patio overlooked the beach so I could watch the sun come up in the morning. The unit was very clean and well taken care of. The only drawback was that the coffee carafe had been replaced with the wrong pot so the coffee didn't drip - overflowed everywhere! Will certainly stay there again.

You might fine a coupel or three units that are ok ,what about the others ask to see what you will get.the unit we had was not clean at all it was old and dirty.

The renovation is complete and the place is like new!

Ask for room 304 it is updated and one of the newest and cleanest most comfortable room that we have ever stayed in.

We read the many BAD reviews, however, we took a chance.

We love New Smyrna Beach and wouldn't stay anywhere but Oceania Beach Club. We rent unit 306 from Ocean Properties. This unit has been totally remodeled with all new appliances and furniture. Very clean unit and updated. It is an oceanfront, end unit. We love walking to Breakers, Flagler Tavern and all the beach shops.

I have stayed here for many years because my employer would pay for our stay as a bonus. Each year it has gotten worse and dirtier. They have tried to remodel but it is only cosmetic. The kitchens are icky and the balconies are dirty and bug infested. Stay at the Atlantic Plaza next door - the rooms are outlines the same and the staff is MUCH nicer

My family and I went for a weekend get away. We had a beautifull unit (606) on the ocean. The kids loved the beach and pool and we all loved how close all of the restaurants were and the ice cream shops. Gina (front desk) and Charley (security) were extremely helpfull with directions and recommendations. We will definately be back with our friends.

we stayed for three weeks in january in 509. all the coveniences of home. loved the king bed. the second bedroom had a queen. it also had a high chair and playpenforthe little ones. the uit was extremely clean. can't wait to get back to walk to BREAKERS for a philly cheese steak, PEANUTS for the tuesday night comedy auction and the view from 509. the beach was wide and very clean. very relaxing family trip
