This was a super choice for our family. We were in town for a wedding and we had our 2 preteen daughters with us. They had their own bedroom and bathroom, and our bedroom had a magnificient view of the ocean. The pool and beach were clean and enjoyable, and many shops and restaurants were walking distance away. Try the Beacon for breakfast!

i love the view and full size kitchen dining room and real close to the bars ;) you also have a scooter rental place right down the beach and the food around this place is great.

OBC has spent a boatload on new windows and sliders for all the condos -- they are nearly flawless for sound-proofing and look great (all white). The pool heater went out and was replaced quickly with an even larger model -- the pool was warm 12 hours after it was installed.

Oceania has gone through some changes it seems. My husband and I enjoyed our stay recently. Many of the condos have been re-done.

The condo we stayed in was clean, the pool was glorious, and it's incredibly convenient to New Smyrna's restaurants and shops.

Overall, great trip!
