Expensive. Rooms smell of disinfectant. Staff friendly. Well located in town center. Rooms are a bit on the small side.

A very nice hotel for the money but the housekeeping falls short. When I camplained of a dirty bathroom, they said they would send someone to clean again but if that happened I couldn't tell. Also the first day I had a luke warm shower, they did fix that for the second day but I forgot to complain that the tub didn't drain. They did have a decent pub.

Ample rooms, clean, tiled-floors, large bathrooms, wide corridors, good restaurant, excellent location for tired travelers driving from Miami Airport upon a transcontinental flight. Good stores nearby, including a Publix market with excellent salads you can eat by the hotel's swimming pool.

We got to the hotel late, around 10:30pm and was dead tired. Checked in, went to the room and unpacked. A man knocked on the door, and said we had to move, with no reason at all. the room was left open. there wasn't enough coffee for 2 people. the room was bad and worn out. i wouldn't stay here again. the hotel was old.

When I go home, but I need to be away from 'home', cause I need a lil peace n quiet, I book a room at Don Shula's Hotel & Golf Club. Fabulous barely describes it!

As one of the first Signature Members of the Shula Athletic Club and Hotel, I must say that this is the Premier Facility. It offers so many amenities and I have always received superb service. Not to mention the restaurants, The Steak House, and the All Star Cafe/Shula's Steak 2.
