We always stay here when we come to Pensacola. It is a good value and close to what we like. We have family here and it is very easy to traverse between places.

The bathrooms were too small for the handicapped member of our family to use it with any success. The beds had short black hairs embedded in the sheets and mattresses, the room was musty smelling.

Did not see ants, like I thought from reading a review. No bad smells. Beds were way too soft and small. Bathroom very tiny. Bedspread had some gross spots and sheets did too. Asked for a new set of sheets and they gave me them right away. Brought my own blanket and pillow. Needed more shampoo and received it no questions.
