  • GREAT STOP OVER WITH GREAT RESTAURANT ON PREMISES

    I've been back twice now and can't wait to go again. It is the most relaxing place on earth with service just as great and modestly priced.
    I would highly recommend a stay. You'll be hooked.

    We went for a short trip and this was very nice, large rooms, nice views, one side private balconey with marina view the other side ocean view. Very clean.Front desk was very friendly, allowed us to print our airline tickets for the trip home. We will Return.....Nice Place.....

    Although our reservations were lost and we had to move to another room each night, the staff was accommadating and friendly. The staff moved our belongings each day and we returned to a very nice brightly painted clean room. The view was fantastic and we could walk to everything including Knology Park. We look forward to our next stay in Delightful Dunedin.

    I found this place on the internet and it was pot luck. We were totally happy with this place. Our room had a view as we walked into our room with the bay in back of us and and in front a view of the harbor with all boats docked. The restaurant on site was very good and the service of the hotel was very good. The whole experience was very enjoyable and can't wait until next year to get back. I would give this place a shot.

    Went blindly inot this hotel. The rooms are really big and nice. All the room below number 220 face the marina on one side and the bay on the other. Fish (mullet) were jumping and egrets and pelicans were there all the time. The pool area is OK. The only complaint I have is the parking on the weekends. They double park restaurant patrons and block you in forcing you to use their valet. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
