This place is dirty, creepy, and the service is bad. We reserved a room for 7 nights this week and spent one night there. The room was unkept, rundown and had yellow water. They did not have towels, shampoo, nothing. You have to pay for towels. Worst part is although they have a satisfaction guarantee they gave us a very hard time when we wanted ...

When we arrived at this resort our expectations were immediately violated; the room looked dreary, the carpet was extremely dirty, the furniture felt sticky and the bathroom had yellow water and mold on the faucets!
