First of all this hotel's website is extremely outdated. Our room certainly didn't look much like what is featured in their pictures. Hotel is old. Beds are in desparate need of replacement. Tossed and turned all night. Sore from springs and bed edges. Carpets need to be professionally cleaned or replaced. Fixtures coming loose. Pet ...

Do not purchase Disney Tickets
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/26/09
We were told at the tour desk we could get or disney tickets cheaper if we went to a short presentation by Orange Lake Resorts. Turnout to be a 4hrs timeshare sales presentation. Do not buy here are some of the many complaints from Orange Lake. http://www.orangelakeresortcomplaints.com/
We went to the Seralago Hotel this past April 2009. I didn't know what to expect for the price. I was so amazed. The Seralago is one of the best family hotels that 192 road has. It is big, spacious, and filled with many amenities. I loved the pizzeria, general store, and main pool facilities. The rooms were spacious, simple but very ...

Tower of Terror

My initial daytime impression was that of a quiet old, run down Bates type Hotel from the 50's. Once the sun sets the place really comes alive with insect and human life. The rooms were old, smelly and dirty. Sleep was difficult between obnoxious patrons yelling and partying ALL night, security staff running around after them, sheriffs ...
Location is great, VERY laid back and kid-friendly with LOTS to do nearby and on-site - pools, playgrounds, beach volleyball court (doubles as a GIANT sandbox when not in use). Rooms are well-furnished, convenient, and I still can't believe the LOW prices!

The room me and my fiance had was horrible we slept in out clothes and wore sandles in the shower. They made the bed but never changed anything I fell asleep with makeup on and the next day it was on the pillow case but flipped over. The carpet seemd damp and the room was nasty. They need to upgrade. We're coming back to orlando with our son ...
The good things about the hotel: The pool was large and clean and very nice for the kids and the landscaping around the hotel was nice and well maintained. For the price we were able to get two adjoining rooms for less than the price of one elsewhere, which meant that we had plenty of room in the hotel for our family of six.The rooms were also ...
Needs TLC, stairs could be cleaned once in a while and if you purchase a pool view room, request one that actually see's the pool and not the fence in the back corner. Pretty wore down for the money spent on the room. Towels were thin and skimpy. Pretty close to Disney, and much better than the Quality Suites down the road.
We stayed during the end of may 2005 to the 1st week of june 2005. My parents, my wife, my three little boys, and myself were all able to sleep in comfort in the 2 room pool side suite. It was well kept, clean, and both pool areas were great and clean. With kids, stay in the suites at the 2nd pool, the on away from the front of the hotel. It is ...
