The staff was very rude and unhelpful. Nothing was open (tiki bar etc.) the whole week we were there. Housekeeping actually folded our used dirty towels that we left in the bathroom floor to be exchanged and put them back for us to use as if they were clean.They failed to honor arrangements that were made for group buffet breakfast all week. Great Service, Clean rooms, friendly staff, huge pool, excellent Mexican food...I could go on and on!!! This is a great place for families or couples to stay. It is like an Island get-away. I would definetly stay again and would recommend it to anybody!

I have stayed here 3 times and really like it! Front Desk staff very helpful.....great pool area!! Free internet access in a private, quiet room just off the lobby!! Rooms are quiet, and clean!

This is a very old motel that needs some maintenance. The doors to the rooms and bathrooms appear to be rusting away. The overall appearance except in the main lobby and pool area is not the quality I would expect from a Clarion. The team at the front desk, however was very helpful and courteous. It doesn't seem like it would take much to bring this facility up to snuff, but for now, I wouldn't stay there again.
