Even though it had hardly any guests, they charge high prices for spring break month. One elevator did not work. There are no fans in any bathrooms so after a shower, the bathroom was pretty much horrible to use as the toilet seat and counters were all wet from the humidity of the shower. Pure and simple, the hotel is a disgrace. Never would I have thought a hotel located in Coral Gables would be so shabby.

I was there for four days last week, and it was not one of my best hotel experiences. The restaurant is ver poor, as well as the service there. I asked for a spoon and they gave a fork, since the cleaning person had not arrived yet!! (9am..), so you can imagine the rest . Tables were dirty. For $165 the night, I would suggest you go somewhere else.

It was a dump. Not to mention the night clerk was making up stories about me and discussing these things with who ever called me. Talk about privacy problems.

My name is Alejandra De la O. I went with my parents last September and stayed there for 3 days. The rooms were clean, the food great and conveniently located in Coral Gables. This summer I might go again and stay overthere.
