The service was good. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and the bed and pillows were excellent. the location was very convenient, easy to find easy excess and close to the beach.
if in the area again, we would definitely go back!

the room smelled like urine and smoke. burn holes in the carpet. ripped curtains. no hot water. the furniture was banged up. bathroom door was jammed. rough sheets. the hotel was dirty. found a dead bug right near the sink in the bathroom.

Immediately off I-95 w/free wi-fi and easy check in / out. Lost my PDA stylis and they found it. Desk clerks are friendly and helpfull. The new beds are much much better than the old ones. Only problem was slow hot water.

Had a 2 bdrm, 2 bath suite with a loft directly upstairs from the pool and hot tub. What a super room. Lots of good restaurants with a variety of cuisine choices all walking distance, shopping right there too.

A terrible experience. At first the clerk claimed there were no rooms available, then couldn't find the reservation. After travelling for ten hours, I had to stand at the desk for half an hour waiting for her to figure out how to use the computer.

Then my nonsmoking room reeked of smoke. And the bulb in at least two lamps were burned ...

I was particularly pleased with my stay at this hotel. Checking in with my reservation was smooth and quick, my room, king w/couch & desk, was clean and the free Wi-fi worked riight away.
