I loved the view of my room right over the golf course and the room was great. The food is out of the question. It was great. Manginos was the best place ever.

The people are so much friendlier there than at any other hotel - except for Hale Koa in Hawaii. We felt right at home - met some interesting people from all over the states. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the place was clean - military clean. Convenient access to all Disney Parks - and they have transportation if you do not want to drive. Highly recommend it to all families.

close to park,food was reasonibly priced and tasty,guests were always pleasant(which is a reflection of the service and amenities),transportation resources excellant.Need i say more.By the way,i wish I could qualify as Iwas a reservist for 6 years and active duty for 6 months.(we go with a retired serviceman,now)Wish i could qualify.

hotel! The staff treated us like royalty. Everyone got along great. The rooms where amazing! The beds were so comfortable and cozy. None of us wanted to leave! The food was amazing. So much flavor for so little money. It was the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

I took my family to the hotel on a 'Gold Leaf Package' deal. It was an excellent value for the low cost. The hotel is beautiful, and transportation to & from the Disney parks is excellent - very little waiting on either end. No need to rent a car if your just doing the Disney Parks. Some hints:

We loved this place. The room was nice and plesant and convenient to the pool. We asked for ground pool level. This costs a little more but well worth it if you are going to spend any time at the pool. The resort is very large and was a little hard to get around in the first time we were there. We are planning on staying again in the fall and this will be our fourth trip here.

Loved the hotel! The rooms are very large. Place was clean and staff were helpful. They claim to Not be a Disney Hotel, but located ON DISNEY PROPERTY. So why on earth would there be no DISNEY CHANNEL??!!! We have stayed here three times and before we had kids, the channel was not an issue. Just wish we had known about it before we arrived. ...

The rooms were large and clean. I wish I had a small refrigerator though. I visited in November of 2001, things may have already changed by now. :-)

I've stayed at the Shades of Green prior to and since their big renovation a couple of years ago. It's fantastic, especially for the price. You can sleep six people to a room if you need to, so it's great for families, they'll even bring in a cot or a baby bed for smaller children if that's what's needed. With us it's ...
