The location was great, across from the ocean but no views from anywhere on the property, close to great food and shopping. The room pictures on the website look much bigger than they actually are. The beds were OK the bathroom was not big enough for two people to fit in, shower was tiny as well. Very plain and morge like. Valet was $20 and expect ...

The hotel was good and the staff was very friendly and kind. However, what is really worth to stay about this hotel is its location in the hart of south beach and right in front of the beach. Also the fact that it is a typical art deco remodeled building.

My friends and I loved it from the minute we opened the door. It made us feel relaxed and welcomed. Everything in the room was very clean, organized and well put together. We all said that for the price and location we would stay again. Plus the history of the hotel made it interesting and we wondered how many famous people had been our room. It was a pleasant experience and can't wait to stay there again.

Location, location, location!!! Steps from the beach, fantastic food from the restaurant in the lobby, and very comfortable beds. The price was exceptional for the location, which is next to the hotel made famous from the shower scene in Scarface. The only downside was the fact that the hotel does not have a pool but, with the ocean across the street, it's not a problem.

The Beacon Hotel was a modest hotel but clean room and a helpful staff. It was a good buy for the price and the location is right in the heart of South Beach on Ocean Drive. I would go back.

Staff was very professional and courteous. The rooms were a bit "plain". Incredible location.
Restaurant in front, although not part of the hotel, was a bit pricey. No view off the side rooms.
I would recommend to a friend.
