The staff was extremely helpful and the lobby was amazing! But, the rooms are tiny and NOTHING is complimentary. No free internet here. What a disappointment! One would think that a hotel like this would offer more in the way of customer satisfaction.
My family will not stay at another Marriott when we travel. The overall disappointments here outweigh the good points.

From the concierge, front desk, health club and Well Being Spa we had continued high quality service in a great location. The rooms are newly remodeled and much more modern. There is a Starbuck's in the lobby and we received the best massages we have ever had in the spa! The indoor pool is perfect if you are a swimmer or have kids!
