location was perfectThe location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! Bad ServiceSome of the staff doesn't understand common-sense procedures: I had the valet park my car; however, I forgot to tell him the the driver's window would not go back up if it was put down. Awesome!!I loved my room..flat screen tv...the beds were so comfortable. I will stay there everytime I visit d.c. The view was also fantastic. Small room, rude service, look for those "extra charges"Apart from the great location, what really turned me off was the extra "Parking fees" they put into my bill. I didn't even have a car. May be they thought I did not understand a word of written English, but come on, you simply don't make that kind of mistakes unless it was intentional.3 of 5 Yahoo! What a Great Vacation ChoiceMy husband and I decided to take a quick last minute trip and we booked the Jurys Washington Hotel.. I can't rant and rave enough about our choice.

Highly RecommendedI was initially concerned about the the rather high hotel rate, but decided to stay there because of the great reviews. After staying at Jurys, I must say that the hotel is worth the price. The rooms were very clean, the Valet retrieved my car in just a few minutes all of the many times I needed it, and there is great shopping and restaurants ...4 of 4 Yahoo! Would stay againThe hotel was under construction while i was there, so was a little disappointed. Our room was newely remodeled and very nice. The location is close to activities and the lounge was a great place to undwind at night. Food is served untill midnight and the french onion soup is awesome.1 of 1 Yahoo! You might expect more.I was reading some of the other reviews and found them to be similar to my experience. The rooms were clean but very small. I had plumbing issues - the toilet would not work. Later in the evening when I took a shower, the tub drain did not work. The hotel is clean and it is in a great location. I found the staff at the front desk to be somewhat rude.
