Everything worked out well. Prompt check in. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Parking and pool made it an ideal beachfront stay. Complimentary breakfasts were good.

On the boardwalk, oceanfront, beautiful pool facing the ocean, tiki bar...... always a clean room, carpeting, etc. a wonderful relaxing experience! You don't need to use your car the entire vacation...everything is at your fingertips!

The elevators were broken our entire stay. the staff was not helpful. After four days of staying we needed to move our car at a certain point following check out. Not worth the money.

First impressions are important. When you reserve a room here, apparently you must pay for your stay up-front. In other words, you are charged at the time of reservation. Restaurant just okay but walking distance to shops and downtown restaurants.

I have never come across such an unfriendly staff! They were downright miserable. We did not feel welcomed at all. We were sceduled to stay for 2 nights but after the first night, we switched to another hotel down the street. We will never stay at The Atlantic Sands again. I do not recommend this hotel. In addition, there was trash in the halls. The halls were hot and had a bad smell. The room was tiny. It is way overpriced.

Located right on the boardwalk this is one of the best hotels in Rehoboth Beach. It was newly renovated about four years ago and it is now a beatutiful hotel. If you are going i would suggest staying in the new section of the hotel. It is a little more expensive but you get a nice balcony and a newwer room.
