Recently stayed at this hotel, was very waery after reading previous reviews!! But this place is great!! They have compteley renovated the place, nice, clean rooms, great food at the restaurant. Great quite hotel, with spacious, clean rooms. Hotel has a lot of old history, great value for my money, i will definately be going back!!

I resently stayed at the Yankee Pedlar Inn. It has resently gone through a much needed overhaul. New carpeting in hallways, rooms and two of the main rooms on the first level. The hotel is 114 years old and the rooms are in great condition. Our room was very nice and the staff excellent. It has great history and charm.
I don't understand why some people would expect a modern hotel

Do not stay here! I had my guests after my wedding stay here. There was hair in the sink. Many had complaints about the service and the room. My new husband and I were supposed to have the honeymoon suite on our wedding night and they gave it to someone else. There was no management staff on premise.
