First of all the manager is a female that walks around the hotel bossing the others around and then she flirts with anything that walks!! She even tried to hit on my husband when I was in the restaurant! The female manager is sooo unprofesional and trashy!! uughh!!! stay away!

Although the Hotel needs some upgrading, but other Hotels in Denver also need upgrading . My family were treated very, very good compare to another hotel I had made reservations for but only stayed a night. The staff at this location were very friendly.Food was great. They were more than welling to accommodate us. There is a shuttle available to take you to where you want to go and pick you up when you are ready.

We had a large group and the group rates were not much bette than the regular nightly rates. We had reserved a banquet room for two nights and the second night found all of our belongings missing. We had to search other rooms and finally had to call the manager at home to get this resolved.

not one thing,every thing was great... people were very nice.it was a little loud in lobby ,but once we got to room it was great.

Great location from a lot of stuff, comfort of the rooms where great and clean. Rooms where decorated with great style, beds were average. The spa and pool wasn't that great, it was average. Very friendly staff, they were easy to get along with. I speed Internet was also good, nothing special but was very much apprective.
