best pool ,large clean comfortable room.great staff.close to durango mesa verde telluride silverton railway cortez has great reasonable resturants & shopping.mesa verde inn also has a cafe & lounge.

Our room was clean and had a sliding back door out to a small patio. The back yard was full of Prairie dogs which we thought were really cute. The motel provided us with a coupon for a free breakfast at the restaurant next door and we ended up eating all our meals at because we thought it was pretty darn good for the money. I had a terrible night here. First the air conditiong did not work well at all. The room did not get below 85 degrees until 2am. There is a bar across the parking lot and up until 2am someone's car alarm was going off and people were shouting. If I could have slept then the place would have been acceptable, but I now understand why it is priced lower than other places in the area. You definitely get what you pay for here.

Dirty ash tray in room. Bedspread with holes in it. Lounge not as advertised on line. No live band. Resturant wait staff uninformed of menu choices.

I've stayed here off and on for three years...nice, clean and very comfortable...I enjoy staying there each time I travel through
