I was put up here after Frontier canceled my flight. The room was really nice and had a great view. The heater/hot water worked just fine. The staff was super friendly. Had a 3:30 am wake up call, and the shuttle service to the airport was very quick and convenient. Would definitely recomment

My wife and I with our two kids where there for one night and that was enough. We got room 355. You hear the HWY all night long and if it cold out you cannot turn off the Heater/A/C unit and it will turn on though out the night.

Arrived very late after being stranded by United Airlines. Staff were extemely helpful and expeditious in helping myself and others out. Shuttle drivers were courteous and helpful as well.

Room was clean and comfortable. TV was good with many channels all working. Plenty of hot water and clean linen. Shampoo's/Lotions by Bath and Body ...

Dislikes: Room was disgustingly dirty. The towels had womens hair on them and wrapped in them. The shower was filled with hair around the drain. There were no women in the room!! Was only offered clean towels after numerous attempts to call guest services. Most TV channels didn't come in. No hotwater. Was also double charged and overcharged on ...

1. The sleep number bed was a joke.

2. We paid for and were promissed high-speed internet access in our room, but had to wait until late at night for a cable to be brought to the room.

Hotel is difficult to get to as far as location goes.
For the price, the hotel wasn't bad, but for a Radisson, one would expect more. (Needs updating/elevators are scary!)
One day, we didn't get our rooms cleaned.
There were ants in the bathroom.
Air conditioning worked sporadically.
Desk staff was very nice.

Being placed on the 11th floor, waking up,looking out and seeing the beautiful white capped mountains. The scenery was great. The walk to the lake, and down by the beach is a real nice walk after a great dinner in the Aspen Cafe.

While this hotel obviously needs continued care, the guests get great care. The waitresses who served our conference were pleasant, quick and accommodating. The personal at the registration desk couldn't be beat.
We hope that the next conference that our organization holds will be here too.

If don't mind a 10 minute walk to the mass transit stop, named nine mile park and ride, then you can ride into Denver for $1.25. The walk does pass exit and entrance ramps for the freeway so I do not recommend walking for older folks. Take bus 83L. The bus that stop near the hotel is for bus 35 and this bus does not run on weekends.
