Our confirmation clearly stated. "RATE DOES INCLUDE BKFSTBUFFET FOR TWO PEOPLE". Desk clerk said it was a mistake and refused to honor. Manager said they would honor then called room and said they wouldn't. Ended up going down the street for breakfast.
After emailing general manager and threating to dispute cc charge next day. they credited $20 for the breakfast. Totally awful experience and disrespectful treatment

Everything about this hotel was good except the internet. The room, cleaning, service and laundry were good. Food was reasonable too (not great though). In this day and age when your life depends on the internet, I would like more efficient service. The rooms have DSL connections which take about 30 to 40 minutes to open a page (if you are lucky). ...

Not a five star hotel for sure. Overpriced, shower curtain was broken, ran out of hot water, $50 service charge per night
