We enjoyed our stay there. The rooms were clean and the temperature was very comfortable. If you want to stay in the valley and pay reasonable rates, this is the only game in town.
1. Concerning the B&B meal package When purchased, customers are locking themselves into paying more for breakfast than they otherwise would have. I figured out that the extra that I paid for the meal tickets locks me into getting about what I paid for the tickets or else I loose money on the package. The front desk admitted that it is ...

Awesome Yosemite Experience

We had 2 great days in Yosemite. We had visited Yosemite in the summer (many years ago), and it was great to see the park in a different light this time (not very crowded, snowfall on the peaks and in the valley for our 2nd day, waterfalls were spectacular, great experience with the shuttle to Badger Pass and all the snow). Although we did not ...

Incredible location, there really is no place like Yosemite. But since Delaware North Companies took over lodging and concession a few years ago, prices have increased annually and semiannually by leaps and bounds throughout the valley. Online, I booked a room for $140, but was charged $178/night in the middle of winter (?!!), which I am trying ...
Spent four nights and found the location to be minutes to Yosemite Falls, shuttle ran in front of the motel that would take you to the Village, the Awanhee, ice skating.
Loved the amount of visiting families.
Spent New years Eve, great band in the Yosemite Lodge Lounge.
Food in the food court was cafetria style, but a large variety and convenient.
Room was clean and staff was courteous.
I look forwrd to my return

Imaging our surprise when we arrived and found a dirty timber reception, a 5pm checkin, and a room that was old and dirty with a disgusting ...

Amazing views, great location, bad service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/17/05
We stayed at the Yosemite Lodge for 3 nights. The hotel has a fabulous view of the Yosemite Falls on one side and the meadows on the other side. The location is fantastic... you are right in the thick of things. There is a food court right across the street. But the rooms were quite old, had not been renovated in a while. The service was ...
