the bar was so much fun and the restaurant is an above average hotel outlet with great steaks and salmon. the guest rooms were very clean and fit the description of a higher class hotel. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Three rooms for my family. My oldest daughter was given the mail floor, wrong room, different name, finally got her room. My husband 91 years old and I were placed on 3rd floor,. Second daughter and husband 6 doors from us. When booking we asked for three rooms near each other, didn't get them.

I must say that the service at this hotel was excellent. After a long road trip, i pulled up with a late check in and it was nice to see that even though it was late, they gave me best service with an easy and helpful check in. The room service was great, the people were very polite and helpful. I was new to this area and it was nice to receive directions to find my way around. I loved the it and I will be back soon. Change in management- No service at all, Management must be more interested in hosting groups for meetings then in guest relations. Nothing but RUDE to guests from the manager down. Absolutely no service and no interest in providing any. Rooms not maintained (eg shower very hot to very cold and didn't drain, torn blankets, nonfunctioning ...

The hotel and room were fine. The service was great. But they have a severe ant infestation problem (all the way to the fifth floor). If they can solve that, I highly recommend this hotel. P.S., don't leave any food in your car in the parking lot.
