The Good, The Bad and the StrangeI stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. I won't be going back. There were a few good things - the room service was prompt and the food well prepared. Breakfast was OK as well. The view was OK. There were a few of the staff that were helpful and nice.
The bad, however, outweighed the good. The internet connectivity in the rooms (a must for the ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

Too short a stayMy husband and I went for a quick weekend, and will definately be back. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed. Staff was friendly, room was very clean, comfortable. From the balcony we could see both the marina and the harbor. Parking very convienent. The only thing that was not the best was the water pressure in the shower. Looking forward to our next stay.

Incredible Location!I loved my stay at the Hilton Harbor Island. My favorite staff member was Winona McGowan. She made my stay incredible!!!! She totally went out of her way to find a great breakfast place. They rooms are brand new and the views are incredible. I would love to go back.3 of 4 Yahoo! PLEASE do not make the mistake we did.My wife and me stayed here the night we gat married. The first thing that went wrong was the staff, my best man was checking in Yes a little early but on the sheet they gave him it said 3:00pm check in. The staff worker Winona McGowan Front desk supervisor told us we were wrong and the sheet is wrong (nice service) told them to come back after ...2 of 4 Yahoo! We are going back soonThe rooms were comfortable and the views were really nice,from both sides of the hotel. The Ocean on one side and a view of planes landing and boats docked on the other side. Expectations were surpassed!We found a great rate at this hotel online, but weren't expecting much because of the 'Airport' in the title. Turns out you wouldn't even know it's near the airport. Our room had a beautiful harbor view, and no airport noise. Hotel vans will take you into the gaslamp district for free. The pool area was lovely. Standard rooms, but great rates.Fairly standard room, but at a very inexpensive rate. A little disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom, yet the rest of the room as well maintained. A very good hotelMy room was very clean and comfortable with a very nice view. The restaurant on the premises was adequate but not stellar. The hotel was within walking distance of a nearby hotel where I attended a meeting. There are some nearby restaurants and a couple of convenience type stores nearby. But, the hotel is on an island and very far from downtown by foot. Overall, though, I was very pleased with this hotel and would recommend it.You did not find this review helpful.6 of 9 Yahoo!
