The Westin St. Francis hotel was an incredible building in an incredible location. Just steps from shopping, theatre, and transportation (cable cars, BART, and buses), HOWEVER, I travel very frequently and rate the staff's attitudes as below satisfaction. From check-in to the gal at the concierge desk, I thought I may've been in NYC not SF. Had I thought all could've been a bit friendlier I would say this hotel was perfect.
