Excellent hotel accommodations in a beautiful city by the bay! Absolutely without a doubt, a convenient place to stay and it's within walking distance of many landmark areas.

I stayed here with my family around Christmas time to do some San Francisco Christmas shopping. The location couldn't be any better! Right down the street from the mall and is just a step away from any stores such as Tiffanys to Prada, Neiman Marcus to Jessica McClintock. Also, very well decorated for the Christmas season. Made me feel right at home and the staff were absolutely faboulous!

I have spend many of my evening in this hotel. Enjoying the classical musics and playing my computer. Nobody bother me. Once I forgot to take my power cord with me when I leave. I got it back from a manager after I came back 1 hour later. The owner of the chain also show his friendly to me by a chance.
It is very easy to access bus, cable car, bart.

Location, location, location - stay in the old part of the hotel, which survived the 1906 earthquakes and has stately rooms overlooking the palm trees at the renovated Union Square. A little like sleeping above San Francisco's version of Times Square. But much classier and with way better stores.

This hotel was simply great. It is right on uniopn square where all the shopping centers are. The design is very pleasing to the eyes and the be dis extremely comfortable.
