Stayed at this hotel with a group of girl friends for Bachlorette. Very nice we stayed in the 3 bedroom suite, very close to pool with inclosed patios. The only thing was the pool is very small for the HUNDREDS of people they let in (they charge for non guest) we felt like we were on Spring Break on MTV it was soooooooooo crowded and left back to our room. Food was very good and great location to downtown fun!
When I arrived at Hotel Zoso 2/8/2008 midnight after driving for 4 1/2 hours, I was told they didn't have reservations for me. I made the reserv. through Orbitz a week before at $112.00 a night for 2 nights. They said they had nothing in their system for the next 3 years under my name. I misplaced my confirmation number from Orbitz and their ...
My group was there for the filmfest and with 13 of us total it is unheard of to have a great stay for all involved....that was until we found hotel Zoso... The good is the location, rooms and food, the great is Rod and Amy at the main bar....Rod offered us a warm smile and the most entertaining time....He had drinks he personally created and ...
When we first pulled into the hotel entrance, we were told that there is an $18 per day charge for valet. We asked where the free parking was and there wasn't any! Only valet! Not only that- there was a sign that listed parking fees: $18 for overnight guests; $6 to visit; free to eat at the restaraunt). I don't understand why guests had the ...
Hotel offered the most luxuries and was by farthe nicest in it's price range. If your overworked and underpaid like me this is the best bang for you buck, trully a memerable getaway for two. The pool has a beautiful fire pit that is lit at night for an anjoyable night swim. And, the bed, the bed is the most comfortable one I have ever slept on. If I went back for any one reason it would be the best nights sleep I've ever had.
The place was great. Despite less than exceptional service the hotel is very nice, upscale, and the location is great! The rooms are nice, and the 24 hour room service is amazing.
I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, paying $138 for 3 nights and $179 for the 4th night. When I asked for a pool view room they told me it would be extra. My room was "city view" which all I could see was a parking lot. I meet some people at the pool that had a pool view room and they were paying $99/night!!! The pool was very small ...
You can't beat the location, it is in the center of downtwon Palm Springs. The rooms are modern and spacious, I would want the bathroom in our own house. However, if your primary purpose for staying at this Hotel is the swimming pool or to tan, you might want to look elsewhere. The pool is tiny it is only four feet deep, really a kiddy pool. ...
The Bad: When we arrived at the hotel, we were surprised to find out there was no regular parking lot, only valet. Although it's included, it was inconvenient to us. The room didn't smell fresh and there were two dirty cups. There was no microwave or refrigerator. There was an electrical water heater for coffee and tea, but it was ...
We had high hopes when we pulled into the hotel - it's right in the middle of lots of shops and restaurants, but were disappointed by quite a few of the little things that make a stay comfortable. All the rooms surround a courtyard with the bar/lounge off the pool. This leaves the only place for a drinking smoker to stand is in the very echoing ...
