I was there with my husband and daughter from Jan 8-Jan11 2009. Its one of the cleanest places we have had the pleasure of staying at. The front desk staff were very friendly and very helpful. We did not have time to golf but the resort is very beautiful and well taken care of. The beds very amazing and we are going to try to purchase the same mattress now that we are home. We will definetly go back sometime soon

I had a beautiful view of the golf course from a clean and spacious room. Staff members were all very pleasant. I only stayed one night to visit my son and daughter-in-law who live in an apartment in El Cajon and I do not golf but it was a perfect place for them to pick me up and have some fun at the casino. I will certainly return.

Wow! A friendly staff, excellent restaurant, reasonable prices, great golf and a relaxed atmosphere. What more could we have asked for? We only stayed for three days but could have stayed a week or more. It was a great location--far enough away from the crowds of San Diego to let us feel like we were on an isolated island in the South Pacific.

Do not stay here if you plan on sleeping in. Most of the guests are golfers up at the crack of dawn, excited and noisy. Our upstairs neighbor insisted on stampeding across the floor all morning. I was a guest after a late night of playing at the casino. I filled out a survey noting this and was not acknowledged. The prices have skyrocketed also.

We have been going here for the last 6 years and had always raved about the resort.

Our last trip in August 2007, left alot to be desired. The shower was gross and the service was poor.

of all the three major san diego county casinos, sycuan is sally and my favorite. the only drawback for us is that it is the farthest away and most difficult to get to from our home in lakeside, california. we love the way they remodeled the casino and the entire experience is superb. we can even claim that this is our luckiest san diego county casino. we will come back soon and enjoy it all the more!
