We liked the location and the peace and quiet(we seemed to have the hotel to ourselves until a coach arrived). Good pools and clean rooms, altogether a good experience making it somewhere we will return to.

Very bad experiance I will never go back, We had 6 rooms everyone feels the same none of us will go back, I contacted the corporate office to bring it to their attention I was not satisfied with their offer.you do not want to take your familly very uhsafe.

easy check-in, clean, lot of flowers in landscape, kids had fun and great value. Only thing I did not like is they have two pools, one small and one much larger. The small pool says it is for families and the larger says adults only. They should switch them as there were few adults and alot of kids and frankly, even if I was there without my kids ...

I booked a reservation and when I showed up they told me I had canceled the reservation and that the hotel and all hotels in the area were full. Front desk was very unfriendly.

I love the big rooms, cheap price, and the separate pools for adults and children. Very well kept and not too far away from downtown. Had a great experience there!

This is not at the level of a hyatt - so don't go in expecting that. But for a nice clean, quiet room, this is a great place. I'm writing this review from my hotel room which has FREE internet wifi access. That's totally awesome in my book (geeked out that I am). Everything was clean and the desk clerk was super helpful on things to do and places to go / eat. For the price, one of the better hotels I've been in.

This hotel room was spacious and very well kept. I am a stickler about cleanliness in hotels and I have to say that I had not complaints about this one. The bed was extremely comfortable, the area was nice and quiet and the hotel is conveniently located near downtown. The staff was also friendly. You can't beat it!

This was a great hotel. The rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel becomes very crowded over the weekend, but what hotel in Palm Springs doesn't? The only comment I would make is that make certain you get a room on the top floor. If you are on a lower level, you will hear every move the people above you make! Other than that, I would recommend this place highly.

I enjoy staying at this hotel because the rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly. The rooms are also large and I especially appreciated the free wireless internet. What a super feature! I slways like Shilo Inns.
