Really enjoyed my stay!The food was absolutely fabulous! I was there for a conference and everyone I spoke to loved the food. Hats off to your chef! The atmosphere was very nice, service was great, loved my room and the bed was wonderful!OVERALL

Awful experienceThe hotel was clean and the location was great. The problem was service and poor planning on their part. The hotel was full of soccer teams there for a tournament which was fine, but they had a wedding reception to top off one of the nights. The music was SO LOUD in our room. Expected bad, but was actually great!Ok, so I didn't think I was going to like this hotel because of all the bad reviews it was getting. However, I thought that our stay was great. The room was very clean, the staff was very nice, the location is a bit far from grocery stores, but it's very quiet at night. They Sold our Pre Paid RoomsJust wanted you to know that we had a terrible experience at the hotel Radisson in Newport Beach. We and our daughter prepaid for rooms 4 months in advance and when we went to check in, they had sold our rooms to others. never again!We had our wedding reception at the Radisson and we were treated like DIRT! I think the whole year we were planning...2 or 3 days of it was actually pleasant...and we were WAY over charged! Don't Need our business.They treat people like cattle. What ever happened to quality customer service? And now yahoo is telling me they want 250 words tto describe and relive the bad experience. What are they gonna pay for my review? The hotel was just not a friendly place. When I asked for directions I was treated like a tourist.
