THE ROOM WAS FINE AND THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE. THEN CAME THE DISAPPOINTMENT OF BREAKFAST! EVERYTHING WAS ROOM TEMPERATURE, INCLUDING THE ORANGE JUICE. NOTHING WAS HOT EXCEPT THE COFFEE. EGGS, SAUSAGE, BISCUITS, ALL COLD. THE GRAVEY LOOKED COAGULATED. WE DID NOT NEED THE MICROWAVE THAT WAS IN OUR ROOM, BUT THEY SURE NEEDED ONE IN THE BREAKAST ROOM. WE SHOULD HAVE GONE TO DENNEYS.

I really liked this place when I stayed there in July, I am actually heading back there this weekend! The staff are very respectful and nice, the rooms are very nice for it being a holiday inn, and I love that they have smoking and non-smoking rooms! I would recommend this place to anyone!

We were absolutely delighted with the Holiday Inn Express in Santa Rosa. In fact, i plan to always search for Holiday Inn Express for all of our future vacay plans! The hotel was conveniently located, it was super clean, the breakast bar and area was outstanding - perfect for kids and families! The staff was wonderful, *especially* John who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy with our accomodations:) Thanks!!!

Very good place to stay and extremely convenient for traveling around Sonoma and Napa. Very clean with a nice pool area and very friendly staff. Would utilize again if traveling in area.

Roomy,attractive room. Spotless and quiet. The breakfast was more than adequate. Very enjoyable stay and we will gladly go back when we visit relatives nearby.

For the money I think this is the best place in Santa Rosa. The breakfast was outstanding, much better than most.

The room was conveniently located, clean, and equipt with everything that makes the stay comfortable. The balcony was good too.
The air conditioning/heater was loud, had to warm the room first then shut off unit. Pillows were flat. recommend installing a heated spa.
I would stay there again.
