One restaurant offering mediocre and pretentious food at very high prices.

The "smoke-free" hotel is absolutely a smoke-filled hot spot! With fire pits around the property, all the surrounding air smells of strong smoke. What's more, the people in the unit below us lit their fire pit, leaving our room full of smoke. We would never have brought our asthmatic child had we known this in advance.

First, this hotel is not near the ocean as the pictures denote rather it is near a small waterway.

Second, this hotel offers no washing machines for guests. The cost to wash a t-shirt is $6.95. Which is a little pricey if you have more than one t-shirt to wash.

This ia a lovely hotel. The rooms are
very comfortable. We stayed in a first floor garden room which had its own patio. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

The room service was a bit pricey, but good food.

One negative is parking costs.
