this was our first trip to Catalina Island... The hotel was wonderful/clean/location/serivce. Everyone from the hotel was so nice they offered us early check in and late check out. We borrowed some DVD's, they assisted us with everything. We had the best room upstairs at the end! I will tell all my friends/family about this. It was so worth the money! can't wait to go back in the summer!

The location is PERFECT.....It's one of the first Hotels after arrival from the boat. The service was GREAT. The room was CLEAN, COMFORTABLE and the courtyard is BEAUTIFUL at night. The continental breakfast was DELICIOUS. No screaming kids running around (Thank God). Luggage was held for us (even after check out) and delivered to our departing boat. This was my first trip to the island. This hotel is right in front of the beach, and really close to the dock where the Catalina Express drops you off. My room was really nicely decorated, and clean.
The staff is really helpful and they helped me book my tours. I loved it! I can't wait to return.

I loved everything about this hotel. It has a great courtyard were the kids can play on the grass and it is on the boardwalk. The beach access is about 40 feet from hotel entrance. Rooms are standard hotel rooms, very clean. The best thing about this place is the location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a good time on ...

This was our 1st time on the little Island and we really enjoyed ourselves. The hotel was great. The Hotel is easy to find, great location, and everything is walkable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and private. A very relaxing place with lots of charm. Would definately come back.

This was our first family vacation to Catalina. We loved the location of the Pavillion Lodge. It was clean, very close to the beach, had a great view,the courtyard was nice and relaxing, and the staff was very friendly. We are definetely going to make this a yearly outing. My son and I were sad to leave. We will rememeber the fun we had on Catalina and will reserve a room at the Pavillion lodge next year. Thanks for the fun memories.

Price showing at $94 might be found midweek in the dead of winter, but just tried to
book for a friend last week, and the quote was $339 a night (check their website)

worth $94 yes-- worth $339 not in this lifetime !!!

The location is great and the clerks and housekeepers were friendly and helpful. We didn't know about any particular restaurants in Avalon and went with the staffs' suggestions, all which turned out to be excellent.

We had a problem with the first room assigned to us in that it smelled like old cigarette smoke and was on the first floor ...

loved it the friendliness of the staff and the all around feeling was great. staff was great i cannot say enough great things about this place
