Unfriendly reception staff, small, undecorated room, television remotes that don't work (and can't be programmed by the staff) Nothing like the website photos represent. The only bright spot in the stay was the spa package. The massage folks were friendly and good. The rest of it was not even close to what we expected. Overpriced. We are crossing this one off our list
