This was our second time staying at the Anabella. This time we chose to stay in a concierge club room, and were very disappointed.

We got off to a bad start at th Anabella. There seemed to be a high degree of tension between the reception staff who were less than welcoming. The room, packed as it was with 2 Queen size beds etc was to small for my wife & I and our 9 year old. It was a smokers room too and stank! The place is a nice enough place to stay for families, its handy to the theme parks etc. I found the cleaners frustrating, none speak English and when we arrived our bath was filthy and a bottle of cleaning fluid had been left in the room.

The place was ok though, the staff at reception were nice. The shop keeper was rude and again had poor english.

The hotel is across the street from Disneyland. The hotel staff is very nice and the rooms are very clean. The grounds of the hotel are landscaped very well and it is very relaxing. The only downside we experienced was the housekeeping staff didn't speak English.

wE LIKED THE CLEANLINESS AND THE CLOSENESS TO DISNEYLAND. ALSO THE ROOMS WERE PRETTY COMFORTABLE.

Convenient to Disneyland. Good landscaping. Small rooms. Not so comfortable beds.

Awesome room design! Location! Location! Reasonably priced for area. Service always great. We've been there several times.
